Rye & Rumba is the intersection between rye whiskey and Caribbean Rum. We begin the process with a rye made from 95% rye, 5% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. After aging, we add a twist – an American Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with Caribbean Rum, imparting sweet, bright flavors, and notes of panel, coconut, and molasses.
