Made from 100% sugarcane, this is a dark amber-style rum. Aged in ex-bourbon casks it produces a deeper and fuller expression of the vanilla, dark caramel, honey, and oak notes. Beautifully packaged in a colonial-style bottle to honor Saratoga’s history and finished with a wax hand-dipped top.
