Mir is one of the purest soju that you can find and this will change your perception of soju. Mir is distilled from local rice from Gyeonggi province. This product is one of the most traditional soju using only three ingredients; Rice, Nuruk, and Water.
Mir is meaning ‘Dragon’ in traditional Korean. Dragon is pronounced as yong in Korean, which is part of the province name ‘Yongin’, so we name it Mir. Mir is made with rice from Gyeonggi province, yeast and water. After the process, it is maturation in a traditional Korean pot, onggi for 1 year. Mir 40 won the Presidential Award at Korean Liquor Contest in 2018. Mir series is 3 types of ABV, which are 25%, 40%, and 54%.
