Terrazas Grand Cabernet Sauvignon is blended from five plots of two of Terrazas’ high-altitude vineyards, Los Aromos (3215 ft) and El Pedregal (3608 ft).
The Cabernet Sauvignon from the gravely and loamy soil of Los Aromos vineyard in Luján de Cuyo reveals black fruit notes, such as blackcurrant, the company says, while the rocky terroir of El Pedregal in the Uco Valley imbues wines with fire-roasted red pepper and hints of mint.
This Argentinean Cabernet Sauvignon offers a complex bouquet of black fruit such as currant and red pepper framed by aromas of chocolate and vanilla from the ageing in oak. The start is bold and fills the mouth. It stands out for presenting a greasy and velvety sensation. This wine has juicy, sweet and persistent tannins that guarantee a long aging potential.
