Hand-crafted on a tropical hillside surrounded by fruit trees and rose bushes in the village of Santa Maria Albarradas. Agave: JabalĂ. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in wood-fired copper stills. Nose of fresh figs, baked apples, and parmesan rind. Palate of bright acidity with notes of sweet violets and tarragon. Creamy finish with hints of sandalwood.
