It is earthy, aromatic, and mineral rich. Produced in tiny batches with great care, drinkers are encouraged to put the same time and consideration into each sip.

The Classic Miahuatlán Expression. El Espadín hits with aromas of buttered barbecued corn and earthy ancho chilies. The palate brings rosemary, chamomile and a honeyed sweetness backed by chewy tobacco smoke. Killer in negronis and margs – even better on its own.
