The Lobos 1707 Añejo first made its appearance at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition in April where it was awarded a gold medal. Sourced from 100% Blue Weber Agave, the Añejo matured for 12-18 months in American white oak barrels before being finished in Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry wine barrels. The tequila offers a woody flavor profile with notes of walnuts, caramel, and vanilla. They recommend enjoying the spirit neat or over ice.
Lobos 1707 has unveiled a limited edition Añejo tequila. The new expression will only be made available in seven U.S. markets with just 9,000 bottles being produced.
