Craft Luxury at its best, we still bake our Agave Hearts for six days in earthen ovens and mill them under a great stone wheel drawn by horses. Fermentation is careful and chemical-free. This is their Espadin expression, made with Espadin agave, which results in a creamy mouth-feel and plenty of classic smoky Mezcal notes.
