Part of the 2021 Discovery series, created to highlight the key stages in the creation of its Yoichi and Miyagikyo Single Malts, this 2022 Yoichi focuses on the specific influence of low-temperature fermenting yeast in the flavor profile. The Whisky reveals a floral and fruity character, full of lilly, carnation, apple, pear, and yellow melon marked by the characteristic peat.
