Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon is a full bodied red wine with aromas of vanilla, oak spice, and cocoa. Ripe fruit flavors of blackberry and plum are complemented with hints of vanilla bean and toasted marshmallow.

This California wine is sourced from premium California vineyards, selected for their varietal expression and style complimentary to Bourbon barrel aging. A select portion of the blend is aged in used Bourbon barrels to impart a rich, toasty finish. This Cabernet pairs well with comfort food — try it with a braised oxtail and mashed root vegetables. Store at room temperature, then chill for 30 to 60 minutes before serving at around 60 degrees.
