Skrewball was created by a husband and wife team. He created a peanut butter whiskey cocktail. She turned it into a brand, Skrewball. Steve Yeng is a Cambodian refugee and polio survivor. He is a kid at heart and worked behind three high-volume bars that he developed in Ocean Beach, California.
